EARD-CI is dedicated to improving the lives of rural families through access to affordable credit and training on sustainable agriculture, environmental conservation and healthcare.
o EARD-CI or the Enterprise and Rural Development Community Initiative is a non-profit micro-finance program based in Tengeru, a village outside of Arusha, Tanzania in East Africa.
o EARD-CI provides extensive training and gives loans to small groups of women to help them expand their businesses.
